Google把Google+當成服客戶服務平台

早兩天看到Natalie Villalobos在Google+介紹了多位Google的Community Manager ，並列出了他們的Google+帳號。

Google+ Use Case: Customer Service

這些Community Manager各代表不同的Google產品。他們除了會在Google+回應大家的問題，又進行Hangout，跟大家討論相關的產品。每個星期還會有一個Community Report給該產品團隊的同事。

而Gmail的Community Manager Sarah Price亦已經開了一次41人的Hangout(當然不是全都同時參與)。想參與Google產品的討論，不如開個「Google Community圈圈」，然後把Natalie介紹的Community Manager都加進去啦！
