#TipOfTheWeek 新Facebook廣告帳戶買不到CPA廣告怎麼辦?
有沒有試過在Facebook新開一個Ad Account時,你會遇到買不到CPA Ad的問題呢?通常你會見到這樣的Error Message:「Account is not qualified to create a CPA ad. This account has been created too recently, or spend too little to be eligible for CPA ad creation」
甚麼CPA Ad呢?你買甚麼類型的Ad,你都可以選擇Pay by Impression (有些Ad Account的選項是「Charged by impression」),也可以選Pay by該Objective的相應選項。例如Objective是跑Video View,CPA Ad的選擇就是10-sec Video View;如果你是Page Like Ad,那選項自然是Page Like。
但全新Account是不能買CPA Ad,而要先買CPM Ad。問題是要買多少才夠呢?在Facebook的Help Forum中,就有Facebook的官方人士回應:
CPA will only be available if there is enough install history for the app. There is no hard number as to how many installs are needed in order for CPA to be available, it all depends on the information that is pulled when someone installs the app.
I would recommend continuing to run CPC ads until CPA becomes available for you.
見到這樣的答案好難不火。換言之就是你買多點By Impression的Ad,但要買多少先「夠資格」買CPA ad呢?就不會告訴你。
但同樣在Facebook的Help Forum,我見到有人這樣提議。你可以首先建立一個Charged by Impression的廣告。等到Facebook Approve了這個廣告之後,就在Ad Set中把Charged by Impression改成Charged by你要的Metrics,例如10-sec video view。這時Facebook會再審核多次你的廣告,但大概都會Approve。收到Approve的Notification之後,你以後就可以買CPA ad,不用再甚麼把戲去欺騙Facebook的系統了。
不過要注意,我試這個之前,那個新的Facebook ad帳戶是已經買了少許By Impression的廣告。只是買完仍然無用,所以才找別的方法。
